Once useful Now a waste.... Wasted for a waste, no that's not the situation when you are searching for something beautiful to to look beautiful, to express love, to be happy and to enjoy with all that you have.... My not so crystalline mind, with so many pores and cavities interlinked with channels filled with art ideas and so the brain has higher acceptability towards art than hard core research. But this period of last three years while I was made to carry out the research work on ZIF- Zeolitic imidazolate Frameworks and other topics I had become more resource full and more innovative towards art( you must be thinking towards science... ha ha ha...). This post and the work in it will sure justify all the above stated statement about art and science in my life These are spent glass bottles of preserved pickles and jams. Glittering Butterfly The art on the bottles are washable and the color for this specific piece are glittering glass colors accompanied

April thrust…… A new financial year started and I had decided to be bit organized this year and more economical. So here are some up-cycle craft ideas that can keep me bit organized, however being organized is not the usual practice for me but it gave me an art task and an idea to up-cycle some waste paper boxes (lab waste) and turn an unwanted item into magnificent   DIY project. This craft idea is good for kids as summer craft job and a decent up-cycle task for me as well.  (1) The boxes I took were simple paper box (Sigma Aldrich Catalogue boxes), you can also take any type of cereal boxes.  Sigma Aldrich Catalogue box  (2)  Gave them a desirable cut to shape them up, covered with canvas you can use paper; even calendar paper is also a good option.  Cut box in desirable shape Canvas covered box (3) Base coat was of acrylic paint from Pidilite, and then followed by some desirable design to decorate them and finally a clear coat sealant.
